OUR STORY

Justin and Amanda Norr are the 4th generation farmers here at Norr Farms llc.

They met just after Justin graduated high school and before Amanda started her junior year. They have been through a lot together in the last three decades.

They have raised two kids, a boy and a girl, added their spouses to the family and welcomed two grandchildren and the third arriving in the spring of 2025.

What used to be a dairy operation for 27 years of their lives together. Is now changing to life without dairy cows and a struggling dairy market, to cash crop and raising direct to consumer meat.

As there kids began going out on their own, Justin and Amanda joined their local fire department to serve their community and continue growing. Life is full of farming, training and serving together.

In 2019, they were invited to Minnesota to attend an RF-DASH training. (Rural firefighters delivering ag safety and health, by UMASH) They were connected with Dr. Micheal Pate from Utah State University and work together sharing the message of Ag safety with other first responders and farmers throughout Utah. They were even invited to New Mexico as part of a training team in March of 2024.

As active members of Farm Bureau, they have served at the county level and are currently serving as the District 1 chairs on the State Promotion and Education Committee. Sharing their love of agriculture with consumers.
